# Server-Side Call Logging

> Enable automatic call logging in RingCentral App Connect

You don't need to be sitting at your desk to take advantage of call logging in your CRM using App Connect integrations. Once enabled, whether you're on your phone or at your desk, calls will be saved in your connected CRM along with transcript summaries.
